Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET)

What is NAET?

NAET is a non-invasive, drug free, natural therapy that can treat any allergy or sensitivity. NAET uses a combination of modalities including acupuncture and/or acupressure, applied kinesiology, and nutrition to treat allergens by desensitization so your immune system no longer overreacts to the said allergen.

 

Allergies occur when a substance introduced to the body is considered foreign or dangerous by the immune system, even if it is an otherwise harmless substance. The immune system causes an overreaction which can affect digestion, the respiratory system, skin, etc. In severe cases, the reaction may cause the body to go into anaphylactic shock which requires immediate medical attention.

Dr. Devi Nambudripad, the developer of NAET, theorizes that virtually all disease, ill health, and even developmental disorders such as autism, are caused when the electromagnetic signature from exposure to one or more substances—food, chemicals, hormones, proteins, other substances—disrupts energy flow within the body. NAET can treat the underlying cause of illness, freeing you of the symptoms associated with your intolerances.

What to expect during an NAET Treatment:

Using NAET, we will treat one allergen at a time using a personalized treatment plan specific to your needs. During your visit, your sensitivities will be gauged using applied kinesiology, or muscle testing. Once the allergen/ item of the day has been determined, we will activate specific acupressure points along your back, followed by a relaxing acupuncture treatments where you are able to rest on the massage table as your body received the treatment. Acupressure can be used in place of acupuncture if preferred. After the treatment, you will need to avoid the sensitivity for 25+ hours, allowing the body to reset itself.


If you are not severely immune deficient nor highly allergic, you may need just one treatment to desensitize one allergen. A person with mild to moderate allergies may take about 15-20 office visits to desensitize 15-20 food and environmental allergens.
